Here are pictures of my 1969 Firebird Trans Am (retro) convertible. I have always wanted this car since I was in the automobile business with my father at Blue and White Pontiac, Hackensack, New Jersey but obviously could not afford to purchase one of the eight that were produced. The car has a 350, factory air conditioning, original Hurst four speed, power steering, power brakes, power seat, and am/fm.

After dismantling the front end, the car received all necessary mechanical repairs to put the car in original condition. It then received all new suspension Front and rear. The engine and trunk are restored in new condition. All front end parts were replaced or sandblasted before being installed.

After a year long search I found the necessary items to complete the transformation into a Trans Am including an entire NOS interior, original wood dash, original wood steering wheel and shift knob. The exterior received all appropriate T/A striping, hood, spoiler, and front fender flairs.

All chrome and many stainless pieces were replaced, a new windshield, top, rubber and fizzes throughout and all exterior and interior handles, all original decals, etc.

The parts list and paint restoration work, in addition to what I did myself, exceed $20,000.  I enjoy the continued effort of your organization to help keep this fun hobby alive.
