The 37th Annual Trans Am Nationals was held in Fairborn Ohio form August 26 to the 28th, 2022. Each year funds are raised through silent and live auctions and 50/50 drawing "A Special Foundation" helping to make a dream come true for children with life threatening illnesses. This year nearly $20,000 was raised.

Truly one of MUST DO / BUCKET LIST SHOWS for Pontiackers to attend with or without a car. Next year show dates are August 25 - 27, 2023.

Editor’s Note: Paul Albinger lives in Gilbert, Arizona and owns a 1979 10th Anniversary Trans Am and a 1969 Firebird 400 convertible. Also thanks to Mark Neumann for his help in getting us this story and photos while on the road.

The weatherman was threatening horrendous rain, but the morning of July 9, 2022 was nothing but clear skies, bright, and very warm sunshine, and a heaping helping of humidity.

Our troop gathered by the Edison New Jersey, Rt. 1 South McDonalds in the Crossroads Plaza Shopping Center starting around 1:00 p.m. The NJ Trans Am/All Pontiac Run arrived at Fabios Bistro. Here, everyone found themselves a place to park, and the waiters and waitresses brought out menus, took the food orders.
Once everyone was done enjoying lunch, we assembled in the parking lot of Fabios Bistro, a free Raffle commenced, and a number of items donated by the National Firebird Trans Am Club were raffled off to some lucky winners.

And so, another NJ Trans Am/All Pontiac Run enters the history books.

The 2021 "Pontiac Celebration" Eastern Regional Meet was a huge success, much welcomed after the year (2020) delay. Once again, our event continues to draw great Pontiacs showing, and many enthusiastic Pontiac hobbyists enjoying this special weekend gathering.
One of the last "awards" during our banquet was the drawing for the Vacation Raffle. This year saw a lucky winner heading off to a luxury condo vacation in the mountains of New Hampshire. It was especially delightful because the winner was a wonderful lady and her husband who have work tirelessly during all of our Celebrations to help make it bigger, better, and more enjoyable each year. A prize that was well deserved!

The iffy skies early on probably deterred a number of participants from coming out and joining our troop of Trans Ams, a Formula Firebird, and a Pontiac GTO. The departing vehicle count was 11 vehicles, with a twelfth vehicle, a Firebird convertible joining us at our destination in Watchung, New Jersey at the Cinemark Theater.

While the Skies over our Garden State Fall Show may have been cloudy, it was clear that the most ardent of Pontiac, Oakland and GMC Truck enthusiasts from our area were undeterred. Our show drew some great entries from across northern New Jersey, Staten Island (NYC) and from the Long Island Pontiac Clubs (oh, and one guy from Manhattan, too). Our Fall Show was definitely the place to be on October 6, 2019! - Mike Weiss

Though delayed by 3 months, the NJ 2015 Trans Am/All Pontiac Run finally happened, no rain, not even the tiniest hint of rain on October 17, 2015.

The 2015 Trans Am Nationals were held from August 28-30 in Fairborn, Ohio which is just outside of Dayton, Oho. As usual, there was a large number of Firebirds and Trans Ams so the National Firebird and Trans Am Club participates in this event. The turnout, as always was great as there were rows and rows of Firebirds and Trans Ams with many fine examples of all generations including the ever growing conversions.
