Post by: may2010 on May 05, 2010, 05:08:30 PM
I have a 92 Formula 5.7 WS6 with T-Tops I bought the car Oct. 1991. I am trying to find out how many of these cars were made, is this a 1LE or SLP becauseI am getting ready to overhaul car and I would like to get an idea what  I should put into it. The Vin # is 1G2FS2381NL200056 please point me in the direction to find out any info on my car.

You can go to www.phs.com and get all the documentation on your car. You can also get the window sticker if you no longer have it.

Try www.phs-online.com  or google Pontiac Historical Society. According to my PHS documents, there were a total of 1052 Formulas made for 1992. For any more of a breakdown, you will probably need to go through PHS.

I dont think you can get a PHS for any new er then 87.  I tried to for my 89 and all I can get is a window sticker with the info in the console.
