Title: '67 & '79 rear end swap
Post by: christi1 on June 14, 2010, 08:33:59 AM
I have a built rear end out of my '79 Firebird and just bought a '67 Firebird with a spool that's driving me up the wall.

Will the rear end out of the '79 swap into the '67?? Vice versa??

Thanks in advance.

I think you should be fine.  but still would put a tape to it. make sure the spring brackets are the same from center of the input
