Check out the ignition switch. On the Power Tour last year,my grandson's '01 TA suffered the same problem. Turned out there is a small wire on the switch that breaks and kills the start. The dealer said the switch had to be replaced and it was for $438, but looking at the defective part, that wire could have repaired, but the dealer wouldn't have made as much on the repair. This problem is common on tilt wheels.
