Title: Turn Signal not Working when Lights are On

I have a 93 TA. When my lights are off, my right rear turn signal works properly. When my lights are on, one bulb goes off and the other blinks. Help?

Many grounds are located on the front fenders and radiator core support. Ideally, I would look at wiring diagrams and locations.
