What are the torque setting for my 67 Firebird?

Fellow Firebird Owners,

Can you tell me the torque setting for my wheels?  It's a 400 with 14 inch wheels.  Thanks!

ALUMINUM WHEELS 90-100 lbs

STEEL WHEELS 70-80 lbs

but just tight works good to.  ;)
