I need advice! I have replaced the t-top seals on my '91 Trans Am. The tops are not leaking. Water is coming in behind the door glass about 1/4 of the way down the pillar. It's driving me nuts! Just don't want my baby messed up! Thanks in advance!

Did you replace the outer rail seals at the same time, and all the seals or did you just do the inner tops? How long did you let the seal sit with the tops in? They need to be in for at least 48 hours, with the car being undisturbed for that time.
Sounds like maybe the alignment got disturbed. The other possibility is that your window glass needs adjusting. Over time, these can shift with the body of the car and the torque. For example, look at the hatch alignment. Even gently driven cars can have this issue.
