Can anyone help me troubleshoot my headlight motor issue on my '98 Firebird? My lamps are stuck up. I have a new motor but I don't know how to test to verify which motor is actually bad. Help?

I've gone through this on my '99 and my '94. The motors are not that expensive and you're better off just changing both of them and be done with it. That's what I did in both instances and it made life a lot easier.
