I want to lower my '77 Trans Am in the front. Lowering springs or drop spindles? My car is really nose high.

That depends. If you want your suspension geometry to remain correct and have it handle properly, then you want drop spindles. If you want it to just be lower and don't care how it drives, use just lowering springs.
