1997 Trans Am References
« on: July 12, 2021, 10:37:36 PM »
I am looking for some reference help on my 1997 Pontiac Trans Am. Itís a convertible WS6 Ram Air. The original invoice shows it was a Talladega special event car. It was shipped to Anniston, Alabama and then to Gainesville, Georgia. It has unique features that I have only seen on one other TA. Features such as: Lemans Roll Bar, aluminum exhaust, headers, and a lot of other performance features not found on other WS6 parade cars. Any help or references would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I have the same year WS6 and I found this website: www.transamworld.com, Search on 4th generation history, and 4th numbers breakdown.

You can search the features. Snap a picture of your vehicle decal inside door panel to match up the numbers, not the vin #
