My '94 Formula has developed a vibration coming from the rear. It feels like the tires are square. My tire guy says these cars are notorious for ring/pinion bushing failure.
Any suggestions?

Ring and pinion issues and bearing failures manifest as noises.

Be sure your tire are not flat spotted from not being driven often.
