I am having a fuel dilemma on my 1998 LS1 that I am hoping can be solved here. Lean condition from all 4 O2's with lean at W.O.T. I'm not finding any vacuum leaks (idle is low too), no exhaust leaks near O2's, and 60 psi from fuel pump. I suspect mass air flow sensor, and most retailers have 3 prong plug in but this one is five prong. Help me out!

There have had lean issues with oil covered MAF sensors before.

The 5 wire MAF has a air temp sensor inside of it. The 3 wire doesn't. I'm betting someone has put the 5 wire MAF on your car with a adapter harness.

Poke around your harness and it should have the original 3 wire MAF plug and the 2 wire external air temp sensor plug there.  It should unless someone cut and spliced them.
