Issue with remote door opening

I've had this issue for the last few years on my 02 T/A convert. The remote does not open the drivers side lock. The passenger side opens and the alarm turns off but the driver side does not. Every once in awhile the lock will open. I've changed the door lock mechanism and lubed the action but no go. I used a test light and it seems that the voltage is low on the driver side but I checked the wiring in the door and did not see any issues.  Anyone experience this before?
