When I start up a huge exhaust cloud comes out and the whole ride is starting to smell like it any ideas?  PS: I checked for leaks, and didn't see any.

"exhaust cloud"

You mean smoke?    What color is it, black or light/whitish?

Black = fuel/rich mixture
Whitish/bluish = oil  (not good)
Cheers,
