Can anyone recommend a shop that might specialize in restoring TA's?  Does anyone know of a muscle car restoration shop in Chippewea Falls, WI or restore  a muscle car in Lincoln Nebraska.  thanx

The hardest part or a restoration is getting all the parts and not paying a fortune.  I'm not sure about 2nd Gens, but I know on Third Gens, everything is held inside with bolts and screws.  I've just finished pulling my entire interior except the console (which is a PAIN) and a seat to drive it in to the paint and body shop.  When I get the car back, I'll put everything back in myself, too.

Classic Industries has complete (or almost complete) interior restoration sets that include carpet, upholstery, and door panels.  So, while I can't recommend a shop, I can tell you that it's fairly simple to do an interior restoration.  I just leave the body and paint work to the pros. :)

Good luck!
