I have an 80 ta. pretty good shape.  got water on the floors.it has ttops(fisher) t also gets water in the trunk.  this wasnt a problem before because it was garaged, but now i live in a condo without a garage =big problem.

anyone have any suggestions on what i should be looking for for solutions to my problem?

Most commonly it is the weatherseals that are causing your problems.  You need to replace both the T-top weatherstripping (About $199) and also the trunk seal (about $20).
